This intensive hands-on workshop provides students with a comprehensive look at the world of PL/SQL programming. Based on the functionality of Oracle8, this workshop focuses on utilizing built-in packages, defining and utilizing PL/SQL records and tables, and overloading PL/SQL modules. The student will learn techniques to utilize programmer-defined packages more effectively, and also develop programmer-defined "built-in" functions to use in SQL statement processing.
